Following TS Entertainment’s bold statement yesterday about the impending debut of its new six-member male idol group, the music video for B.A.P’s Warrior has finally been released.

The music video was released via the agency’s official YouTube page on January 25, and it packs a powerful punch. Rapper Bang Yong Guk, who is already well-known among K-Pop fans for his collaboration with other idol stars, sets the music video off with the first verse, and the other members, including Zelo and Himchan as well as new faces Dae Hyun, Young Jae and Jong Up, follow suit, maintaining the momentum of the song.

B.A.P ‘Warrior’ Music Video Released

It appears B.A.P has set out to differentiate itself among the pretty-boy male idol groups currently dominating the K-Pop world with a tough, bad boy image, smashing car windows, kicking up dirt and, you know, doing as boys do.

The viewers’ reactions to the music video has been positive, for the most part, but our favorite comment has to be the one made by one astute viewer: “If no one would have tell me that B.A.P means ‘Best Absolute Perfect’ I would have thought that it was ‘Blond Asian People.’”

Check out the music video below and let us know if you think it lives up to all of the “heart-throbbing” hype.
