Huh Gong said, “When I said I would take part in The Voice of Korea, Huh Gak supported me the most. Today before I left home, I even declared war against him. I hope coaches will teach me how to beat Huh Gak’s singing ability.”

One of the program’s coaches, Shin Seung Hoon said, “The two are the most beautiful rivals in the world. Since Huh Gak is excellent at singing, I was wondering if his brother can sing well, and today my curiosity was satisfied. I hope he will have good results.”

The Voice of Korea is based on the format imported from The Voice, which is a musical survival program featuring a blind audition concept. It first launched on September 17 in 2010 in the Netherlands as The Voice of Holland. In the States, its first season, The Voice, aired with Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5’s vocalist Adam Levine, producer/musician Cee Lo Green as coaches in April 2011.

The Voice of Korea will hit the airwaves on February 10 with Shin Seung Hoon, Baek Ji Young, Kangta and Gil as coaches.
