[Video] CN Blue′s Jung Yong Hwa is Satisfied with the Soul-Melting Album
Bringing in a lot of class for 2013, CN Blue stood as handsome models for fashion magazine CeCi.
With all four members now deep within the acting world, the group matched expression with poses as they held a classy New Year’s party on their own.
During the interview, the CN Blue members talked a little bit about self-composing, since their new album will consist of songs composed and written by the members themselves.
Jung Yong Hwa, as the leader, said that self-composing is a job that melts the soul.
“Because you have to pour everything into it many times,” said Jung Yong Hwa. “The pressure is great, and we keep telling people to anticipate it – I shouldn’t have said anything..”
About the upcoming CN Blue album, Jung Yong Hwa said, “I’m very satisfied with it, but since everyone’s tastes are different, it might not be that way for everyone. Rather than seeking for musical acknowledgment, I hope that people will know that it’s still a work in progress and that it has a lot of effort and sincerity in it.”
As the only CN Blue member who was on hiatus for awhile with no acting jobs on the side, Jung Yong Hwa shared a bit of what he did on his free time.
“I went to cafes near Hongdae and watched people while drinking coffee. I went to Busan for 2-3 weeks. I was playing basketball with my friends when we decided to play a game with the people on the court next to us. A person on the other team tweeted that Jung Yong Hwa plays basketball really well. I did play really well that day. I’m glad.
Ending the interview, Jung Yong Hwa was asked to give a tip on how to take care of Jung Yong Hwa.
Jung Yong Hwa replied, “I would have no other wishes if our music was someone’s favorite music. I’ll do my best to write a better than anticipated song to surprise everyone."
He added, "Rather than a whip, I can dance more enthusiastically when given a carrot. I’m a person who works harder with compliments. When I’m way too excited or down in the dumps, please give me coffee. But for the record, I only drink iced Americanos. I’m a man with a burning heart.”
CN Blue’s new album will be released on January 14.
