The members recently filed a case against its agency Stardom Entertainment.

Through the petition, they stated, "Our contract states that the agency should provide us with fitting chances of education as well as locations, and that on the 25th of every month it should balance our profits and pay us what is due. For about a year from April 2011, however, the agency did not make the payments."

Block B also stated that it had never received the payments for its OST activities and fanclub fees, and that the head of the agency had received 70 million won from the members′ parents, then disappeared.

A source close to Block B told enews on January 4, "It is true that the group filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of its contract. The head of the agency is currently nowhere to be seen."

Block B is a seven-member group that debuted in 2011.
