[Star of the Week] Super Junior Choi Siwon’s Best Friends
The only thing more intriguing than celebrities themselves are their celebrity friends, and this week, we′re featuring Star of the Week Choi Siwon′s BFFs.
With such an amiable personality, we thought Choi Siwon would be drowning in a sea of stars, but it appears the grounded Super Junior member prefers to stick to a small, tight-knit group.
The former Fly to the Sky member and Choi Siwon often pop up on one another′s Twitters and hang out together in real life.
So much so, Brian once said on a talk show that the Super Junior member likes to steal his things whenever Brian invites Choi Siwon over to his house.
Brian was, of course, kidding, and fans of the boys know that they often use their friendship to do good.
Choi Siwon, Brian Joo and Vanness Wu joined forces as friends for a great cause in 2010, collaborating on 3rd Wave: I Will Be There, a contemporary Christian album to benefit children in Africa.
We′re sure all of the SM Entertainment artists are tight, but Choi Siwon and Girls′ Generation (SNSD) member Sooyoung, who made an appearance in the Super Junior member′s drama Oh! My Lady have been seen hanging out together outside of work on several occasions.
While this may seem like a scandal waiting to hit the headlines, as far as we know, Choi Siwon and Sooyoung′s oppa-dongsseng relationship hasn′t left the friend zone.
Jung Ryeo Won
Choi Siwon and Jung Ryeo Won may be costars in The King of Dramas at the moment, but these two go way back.
Fans of the Super Junior member already know that Choi Siwon and Jung Ryeo Won are members of the same Bible study group, as Choi Siwon has posted photos of them together with a number of other Christian celebrities in the past.
Super Junior′s Donghae, Uhm Jung Hwa, Alice Soy and Jung Ryeo Won have all made appearances in Choi Siwon′s Bible study group photos like the one shown above.
This may go without saying, but we couldn′t leave the Super Junior members out of our list, for obvious reasons.
The Super Junior boys have grown to become more than just fellow members but brothers over the years.
The odds were against the super-sized group when it first made its debut in 2005, but Super Junior has managed to stick it out together and is going seven-years strong.
Yes, that Jesus. We think it′s safe to say that Choi Siwon′s ultimate BFF is Jesus.
The Super Junior member has not been shy about sharing his Christian beliefs with the world, and his Twitter profile even reads: "Actor, model, member of Asian pop group Super Junior & Soldier of Light."
When the idol star isn′t tweeting about the beautiful weather or posting photos of his members, he′s spitting Bible verses and spreading positivity to his followers via the social networking website.
