Supporting Actors Shine in ‘Flower Boys Ramen Shop

However, it wasn’t just the lead actors who shined in Flower Boy Ramen Shop, as the drama has served to dig up talented rookie actors Park Min Woo and Kim Ye Won. The tvN drama marks Park’s first foray into acting, while Kim displayed her versatility as an actress through the series.

Despite it being Park’s first role as an actor, his enthusiastic performance in the drama as Kim Ba Wool, the troublemaker who turns into a romantic when he’s in love, was nothing short of impressive. Although he may be the representative bad boy at his school, Ba Wool’s devotion to the girl he loves earned him the nickname ‘Pure Love Macho Man.’

Kim, who recently appeared in film Sunny, demonstrated her notable acting skills in the drama as Yang Eun Bi’s (Lee Chung Ah) high school junior. Not only did she serve as a buffer for the dynamics of the drama, she entertained audiences and delivered many laughs to viewers.

The two actors put on such impressive performances in the drama, it’s almost laughable to call them rookie actors. And as the year’s standout supporting actors and scene stealers, many are excited to see what 2012 will bring for the talented individuals.
