The MBC Infinity Challenge calendars sold over 200,000 copies on its first day of preorders, and the sales numbers have continued to rise, recording 350,000 copies on December 3.

Preorders for the Infinity Challenge calendars and diaries started on November 30. It′s been over four days since that date, but still the orders have continued to pour in.

Compared to last year′s calendar sales, this year′s sales have risen by 170 percent for the same number of days. Last year Infinity Challenge received a total preorder for 840,000 copies. Of course, not all of the preorders lead to actual sales, but considering how the cancellation rates are at about 10 percent, the numbers are still fairly encouraging.

At this rate, many expect this year′s calendar sales to again hit record numbers.

One official from MBC told enews on December 3, "There may be room for error, but compared to last year′s rates, this year′s rates have definitely increased. We believe many more people are showing interest in the calendars because all of the profits will be used for good deeds.

Infinity Challenge has been letting viewers know about where the profits have been sent through its broadcasts. Last year, the show revealed that it had used the funds for students in need.
