SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun Invited to Special Drama Event in Japan

SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun is being recognized as a hallyu star in Japan.

The singer/actor’s S-Plus Company broke the news on November 16 revealing Kim Hyung Jun had been invited by Japan’s KNTV as a special guest for a special drama event and would leave for Japan today.

Kim Hyung Jun will serve as the representative hallyu actor for KNTV’s Drama Parade Special Event, which will take place on November 17 and will introduce KNTV’s fall and winter slate of Korean dramas which includes I Love You, Ghost and Arang and the Magistrate.

KNTV also happens to be the station in which Kim Hyung Jun’s drama, My Shining Girl, saw its premiere in Japan back in March of this year. Kim Hyung Jun also stars in I Love You which began airing on KNTV on November 5.

The event will be split into two parts with the first part being a drama press conference and the second part to hold an opportunity for Kim Hyung Jun to talk and meet with fans.
