Not only are idol stars IU and MBLAQ’s Thunder best friends, they are known for their respective little sister, little brother titles — IU, as ‘The Nation’s Little Sister,’ and Thunder as, well, 2NE1 member Sandara Park’s little brother.

Okay, ‘The Nation’s’ anything is a hard act to follow, but we think Thunder is up for the challenge, so for this week’s K-Pop Battle, we’re pitting the two famous younger siblings against each other to see who our readers would like to adopt into their families as their little sister and little brother.

[K-Pop Battle] IU vs. MBLAQ’s Thunder

IU may have made a lackluster debut, but she has quickly risen through the ranks to become the ‘Nation’s Little Sister’ with a string of hit songs, including Boo, Nagging, Good Day and You & I.

If K-Pop fans fell for her music, IU won the nation over with her adorable personality through various variety program appearances and her memorable role as 2PM member Jang Woo Young’s overweight love interest on KBS’ Dream High.

IU is not so little anymore, fast maturing into a beautiful young lady, but she’ll always be our (and, of course, the nation’s) favorite Marshmallow!

[K-Pop Battle] IU vs. MBLAQ’s Thunder

As one-fifth of popular idol group MBLAQ, Thunder gets plenty of love from the ladies, but how many boys can say he gets lovin’ from 2NE1’s Sandara Park?

When Thunder isn’t turning on the tough on stage with the boys of MBLAQ, he’s playing the adorable little bro to Sandara Park.

The famous siblings prove that good looks and talent run in the family, and we simply can’t get enough of the two of them together.

And to emphasize that this is all in good fun, below is a throwback clip of IU and a pre-debut Thunder jamming to Big Bang’s Lie

But BFFs or not, only one person can win this week’s K-Pop Battle, so head on over to the K-Pop page and vote away!
