Yoon Kye Sang Pulls Out of ‘Acting Class’ and In Talks to Join ‘Minority Opinion’
Yoon Kye Sang is close to making his big screen comeback.
Though initially cast as a developmentally disabled imposter in the movie Acting Class, the movie unfortunately hit a series of delays during pre-production.
But after reviewing the script for another movie, Minority Opinion, Yoon Kye Sang joined discussions to join the cast.
Minority Opinion is based on the true events of the violent clashing that occurred in early 2009 between residents of an area in Yongsan and the police after the area was designated for redevelopment. The violent incident left five incidents and one policeman dead.
In the movie, a public defender must defend Park Jae Ho, one of the evicted residents who took part in the violent clash who killed one of the police men. With Park Jae Ho saying he killed the police man in a fit of rage after the police killed his 16 year old son at the site and the police denying it was them that killed his son, the public defender must get to the truth in the legal drama movie.
However, Yoon Kye Sang’s agency stressed that though the actor had received the script and was viewing it favorably, an official decision had not been made yet while promising fans the actor would return in a great production soon.
