Next ′Superstar K4′ Mission Revealed
The mission for the fourth round of Mnet′s Superstar K4, to take place on November 2, has been unveiled.
The fourth round of Superstar K4 will be put together around the theme ′My Style′. The top 6 will be singing on a stage they designed themselves.
The songs each contestant chose for the day′s competition have also been revealed.
Kim Jung Hwan, who took over with his version of Michael Jackson′s I′ll Be There last week, will be singing Shin Joong Hyun′s Beautiful Land, DickPunks, last week′s Super Save survivor, will sing 4minute′s Muzik and Roy Kim chose to sing Kim Gun Mo′s Moon of Seoul.
Yoo Seung Woo and Jung Joon Young each chose Jason Mraz′s Butterfly and Spring Summer Fall Winter′s Outsider to make up for their shortcomings last week. Yoo Seung Woo chose his first pop song since he sang Bruno Mars′ The Lazy Song in his preliminaries, and Jung Joon Young chose to stay with his rock feel, continuing the line he started with Tsams, Bon Jovi and Deulgukhwa.
The dark horse Hong Dae Gwang will sing Toy′s Passionate Goodbye. The contestant has mostly appealed on the show with his calm yet compelling vocals, but this time he′s picked out a song with a tempo more upbeat than those of the previous ballads he sang. As he was praised by the judges and is coming in strong in the pre-broadcast online polls, many fans are looking forward to whether he′ll live up to those expectations.
In the online polls, Hong Dae Gwang pushed back Yoo Seung Woo and topped the votes for the first time. DickPunks also made a huge leap to no. 2. Yoo Seung Woo, Roy Kim, Jung Joon Young and Kim Jung Hwan follow closely in order.
Because the online polls have been showing it′s a close chase, the contestants′ performances on the live broadcast are expected to determine who will be eliminated next.
