While on a business trip to Korea, Haiming told enews, “I started to feel interested in entertainment and management business while I was working as a singer in Korea.”

He continued, “Based on the interest, I established a company in China. I hope I can continue my connection to Korea through my business.”

“My father also is running his business. I’ve been thinking naturally I would engage in a business like him since my childhood days. I started my business a little earlier than expected because my activity in the Korean entertainment industry didn’t produce as much fruit as I wanted, but I resolved to run a business a long time ago,” he said.

“I met members of A’st1 for the first time in a long time. I really wanted to meet Sung In Gyu because I heard he’s been battling against thymus cancer. It’s nice to see the members after a long time,” he said.

A’st1 enjoyed popularity with its songs including Yearning of the Heart and 1234 Back before its disbandment in 2009.

Haiming appeared on the drama, Boys over Flowers while he was still working in Korea. Haiming said, “I feel thankful that some Korean people still remember me.”

Lim Han Byul is continuing his music career as a member of Monday Kids while Tomo is pursuing his career in Japan. Some of the other members are preparing to relaunch their careers as well.
