[Chuseok Special] Work, Work, Work for Seo In Guk, 2AM, Big Bang, LeeSsang and 2NE1
Many, many stars are, of course, still busy even on the holidays. They continue to run fast here and there, trying to make their fans′ Chuseok a happy one.
Here are some stars who are busy not only in Korea, but also overseas.
Some stars have refused to take breaks on the holidays despite their being in Korea to entertain their viewers on the small screen.
Seo In Guk, the singer who found his place as an actor through the tvN drama Reply 1997, will be spending his busiest holiday ever.
He plans to continue shooting the MBC drama Rascal Sons. A rep from Seo In Guk′s agency Jellyfish Entertainment told enews, "He has filming schedules this Chuseok too. He′s kept his schedule clear for the outdoor shoot for Rascal Sons."
The rep added, "He has an outdoor schedule on Chuseok day, but he may find some time to spend with his family. We′ll have to see; nothing has been decided yet."
Although he has to work when everyone else is spending time with their families, Seo In Guk is still happy.
"He has to work on Chuseok, but he′s more satisfied than sorry," the rep said. "Even though he′s tired, he′s thankful that he′s working with seniors he looks up to."
LeeSsang will also be busy meeting its fans on September 28 and 29. The meeting is expected to be all the more meaningful in that this will be the first time fans will be seeing Gil and Gary since their variety show troubles. The Running Man team will also be working through the holiday.
Gummy also gave up her holiday for the duo, agreeing to appear as a guest singer in the concerts.
Some stars will be spending their Chuseoks in another country.
2AM left for Hong Kong on September 27 for its concert to be held on September 29 in the city.
An official from 2AM′s agency Big Hit Entertainment said, "All four members of 2AM will be spending Chuseok overseas. They′ll wrap up their concert in Hong Kong, and return to Korea on the afternoon of September 30."
Even after they arrive in Korea, 2AM will have no time to rest as it will start recording its song to be released in Japan and attend other schedules. The group will hold a concert in Taiwan on October 13, and the Seoul concerts in its tour will take place from November 24-25. 2AM will, of course, aim for perfection, meaning it′ll prepare for the concerts even during the Chuseok holidays.
No Chuseok for Big Bang or 2NE1 either, as they will be flying off to Singapore and Japan.
Big Bang will hold concerts in Singapore from September 28-29. The group left for the country on September 27, and even after finishing up with the concerts the members will stay in the country for other local schedules. Some members will return to Korea on September 30, but Seungri and Daesung will fly to Japan, Seungri for the shoot for his Japan drama and Daesung for his individual schedules.
2NE1 will be performing in Saitama, Japan from September 29-30. Each concert will hold about 20,000 people each, meaning that 2NE1 will be pouring all of its efforts into the concerts. As such, the group will fly to Japan on September 28 and get to return to Korea only on the last day of the holidays, September 30.
These stars and many others will be getting through their schedules, working hard to deliver happiness to their fans.
