As Kim Jae Won, who had to drop out of MBC’s Me Too, Flower! after getting injured on set, has been rapidly recovering, he is expected to make his comeback earlier than expected.

Kim has shown positive signs of recovery as he continued to receive rehabilitation from doctor Na Young Mu, who is well known as Kim Yuna’s doctor.

An official from the hospital where Kim has been receiving treatment said, “The MRI scan shows his injury is serious, but he will recover with rehabilitation without surgery because his shoulder muscles are strong. After undergoing six weeks of rehab, he will lead a normal life without problems.”

The actor had to step down from the drama after he dislocated his shoulder while filming the drama on October 4. At the time he was diagnosed with an injury that would require 12 weeks of treatment due to fractures, ligament and cartilage damage in his shoulder.

Prior to the first airing of Me Too, Flower!, Kim delivered the message, “Since it is a good piece, I’m looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t join the drama, but I wish the success of Me Too, Flower! more eagerly than anybody else. Please show your support for the drama.”
