Taeyeon showed she was a big fan of the boy group Infinite while the other Girls’ Generation members opened up on how they felt toward junior groups these days.

The remarks were made on the November 7 broadcast of the SBS radio show Power Time.

Girls’ Generation on Junior Groups (and Infinite)

When host Choi Hwa Jung asked whether the girls have any junior boy idols they’re keeping an eye on these days, Taeyeon answered, “I think Infinite is good. They always work hard.”

When Choi asked which group comes next, Taeyeon gave the witty answer, “Can’t I say Infinite again?” to laughs from her audience.

On the issue of junior groups, Choi asked whether they believe junior groups these days feel uncomfortable around Girls’ Generation because they are big seniors, and the members answered that because many groups feel uncomfortable, the members of those groups shout out their greetings and bow down in a 90 degree bow.

When Choi suggested that they answer in a friendly manner, Sunny said modestly, “Because it’s only been four years since we made our debut, I think we should be bowing with the others, not receiving their bows.”

Girls’ Generation is currently leading the scene with its third studio album The Boys.
