Tablo Opens Pop-Up Gallery for Solo Album
Tablo will be opening a pop-up gallery for his first solo album Fever’s End.
The gallery displays will be up from November 3-13, at the Seoul KT&G SangsangMadang. Visitors will be able to read and feel in their hearts the many messages contained in the 10 songs of Fever’s End.
Tablo’s Fever’s End, which was praised by many senior musicians such as Kim Tae Won, Bae Chul Soo, Yoon Jong Shin and Yoon Do Hyun, contains profound and exquisite music which makes the album feel like a hip-hop album and a collection of lyrical prose and poetry at the same time.
The songs told stories of various items such as love, breakups, family, friends and loneliness in Tablo’s unique style, and the display will help more people identify with his music.
The gallery will display lyrics from Tablo’s album written in Tablo’s own handwriting, providing a chance for those who have already heard the album to go back and reflect on the lyrics.
A ‘Lyrics Card Mobile’ is also set up in a section of the gallery, and displays handwriting submitted by listeners through a promotion event, bringing together Tablo and ordinary people. Videos of Tablo introducing the songs from his album one by one will also be scattered throughout the gallery.
An ‘airpen’ containing Tablo’s handwriting will be sold while the display is up, and all profits will go to YG Entertainment’s public campaign WITH to be delivered to those in need.
