On coming together with her friend and former competitor, Lee Ha Yi shared, “As it is the first collaborate stage with Park Ji Min since K-Pop Star, I’m quite nervous and excited. In K-Pop Star, as competitors, I was always anxious and filled with pressure but now, even the practices are fun. Most different of all from K-Pop Star, now Park Ji Min and I can chat together and practicing comfortably.”

Park Ji Min added her thought saying, “When we were competing on K-Pop Star, I spent every day with Ha Yi unnie but now, even though we contact each other frequently, we aren’t able to meet as often. I have a lot of anticipation as this is a new duet and stage with the reliable Ha Yi unnie that isn’t for K-Pop Star.

The two also reflected on sharing a stage with the Olympic gold medalist, Kim Yuna with Lee Ha Yi saying, “I’m especially looking forward to the stage as I’ll be on the same stage as a world champion skater. I’ve always wanted to meet Kim Yuna so it’s an honor to be performing at her ice show.”

Park Ji Min also revealed she was major fan of the ice skater saying, “The charisma she shows on the ice is amazing. It’s such a big honor to be able to see Korea’s representative athlete, Kim Yuna and to stand on stage with her.”

Lee Ha Yi lastly added, “In K-Pop Star, I don’t feel I was able to display my full potential so for this performance I will give even more as I practice,” while Park Ji Min said, “As it is my first time singing on an ice skating rink, I think it will be a performance that will remain in my memory for a long time.”

In addition to their duet, Lee Ha Yi will perform Carrie Underwood’s Good Girl and Park Ji Min will follow with Over the Rainbow.
