Miss A’s Suzy was a guest on the August 15 broadcast of On Style’s Get It Beauty, where she shared her girl group health and beauty tips and tricks.

For those looking to tone up their arms, Suzy’s “penguin method” may be the solution to finally getting rid of that pesky hello jello.

Not only is the routine easy, it’s kind of adorable and totally worth giving a try.

Simply stretch out your arms and hands to the side with your fingertips pointing up then bend your wrists in and out so your fingertips alternate pointing up and down rapidly.

Suzy mentioned that you can do it anywhere, anytime (after lunch, when you’re bored, etc), but the key, like most exercises, is to do it until you feel the burn.

She also said you don’t have to worry about embarrassing yourself in public doing the ‘penguin,’ but we’re not sure we’d look quite as cute as the girl group member.
