Changmin Records His Own Voiceovers in Japanese
TVXQ member Changmin will record the voiceover for drama Paradise Ranch in Japanese, which will be released on DVD on November 2.
On October 25, Japanese news weekly Zasshi reported that the TVXQ member would be participating in the voiceover production for the DVD release of the drama he stars in. This is the first time an actor has recorded his own voiceovers in Japanese for a Korean drama.
Changmin expressed his concerns when he said, “It’s a really difficult challenge, but I will try my best because I have no other choice.”
Paradise Ranch is a romantic comedy about a divorced couple who remarry six years later, and it will begin airing on Fuji TV’s drama network Hallyu α in November.
Changmin stars as Han Dong Ju, a lacking third generation heir to his family’s fortune, alongside East of Eden star Lee Yeon Hee.
The DVD will also feature three-hours of behind-the-scenes footage, bloopers and interviews with the cast.
