B2ST’s Character Images as Superheroes for ‘The Beast’ Released
After giving us a look at the cover of the upcoming first volume of the B2ST superhero comic book, comic book series The Beast has released the B2ST members′ individual character images.
In the upcoming comic book series The Beast, the six members of B2ST will be transforming into superheroes with individual superpowers as they help citizens in distress.
In the cuts, Yoon Du Jun who possesses accelerated athletic powers is seen charismatically dribbling a soccer ball, telepathic Jang Hyun Seung displays his agility, Yong Jun Hyung who can read minds by touching, shows a quiet and introspective side of himself.
Additionally, magician Yang Yo Seop who creates illusions with his singing is seen in front of a microphone in a mysterious manner while personal trainer Lee Gi Kwang is able to move heavy objects with his mind. Lastly, youngest member Son Dong Woon is seen dressed comfortably as a university student and possesses photographic memory.
In the comics, the six individuals will come to hone and combine their powers as a team to help the world.
However, just like any team, the individuals will run into conflicts and discord, even within their own group, as they learn how to operate as a team.
In addition Lee Gi Kwang and Yong Jun Hyung will find themselves in a love triangle with a girl while roommates Yoon Du Jun and Yong Jun Hyung’s squabbles will help bring humor to the series.
The first volume will be released on August 22 in bookstores all over Korea. The group will hold an autograph session at Kyobo Books in Gwanghwamun on September 3 to mark the first volume’s release.
