‘Tijinyo’ has announced plans for a demonstration to be held in front of the headquarters of T-ara’s agency, Core Contents Media (CCM).

‘Tijinyo’, a group which is short for, ‘Those requesting the truth from T-ara’, formed after the sudden departure of former member Hwa Young and quickly amassed over 330,000 members in the ensuing days.

On August 1, the group issued a notification announcing it would hold a demonstration on August 4 at 5 p.m. (KST) in front of the CCM headquarters in Seoul’s Gangnam area.

In the notification, the group wrote, “We submitted the paperwork to hold the demonstration with the police and the demonstration will be a lawful protest.”

The group clarified that the focus of the protest will not be on Hwa Young’s departure but accusing the idol group, which has a great influence on minors, of having the outcast issue occur within its group and will protest to call on the prevention of ostracization.

Tijinyo is currently discussing among its members the outline of the protest, its protest methods and other details. So far, some 100 members are expected to take part in the demonstration including those from outside of Seoul.
