Big Bang Confirms 10th Anniversary Concert Date

Big Bang has confirmed that they will hold a 10th anniversary concert.

The highlight of Big Bang′s 10th anniversary project, BIGBANG10 THE CONCERT - 0.TO.10, will be held on August 20 in Seoul World Cup Stadium. Tickets will go on sale beginning July 14.

Through this concert, Big Bang plans to have a special time with their fans through a once in a lifetime stage, powerful performances and a variety of events. Expectations are especially high as it was revealed that the members have personally been involved in the idea making process.

Big Bang, who debuted in 2006, will be performing both hit tracks from the past and more recent tracks.

This concert is especially a great opportunity for fans who missed Big Bang′s tour in March.

Big Bang had toured through China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, USA, Mexico, Canada and more during their MADE TOUR in March. They successful toured 32 cities and attracted 1.5 million fans. During their final concert in Seoul, Big Bang had hinted at a 10 year anniversary concert and the group will now be able to fulfill their promise to fans.

At the time, Seungri had stated, "This summer we will hold a Big Bang 10 year anniversary concert in Korea. We will prepare a larger area where the wind blows and where we could hold a longer concert." Leader G-Dragon added, "Our 10th anniversary is special to us, but because I think that there are more days ahead of us, I hope that we can laugh and sing as we grow old together."

Meanwhile, Big Bang, who is facing their 10th anniversary this year, have been revealing a variety of 10th anniversary projects. The first project, BIGBANG MADE movie, will be released in theaters on June 30.
