Shin Hye Sung Entertains 4,000 Fans in Japan

Add Shin Hye Sung to the list of hallyu stars who can hold their own concerts overseas.

Japan′s Sankei Sports reported on October 17 that, "Shinhwa’s vocalist Shin Hye Sung held a Tokyo concert for his Japan tour on October 16 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. He gathered 4,000 fans for his two concerts and had an exciting time.”

Special guests for Shin Hye Sung’s 2011 Japan Tour The Road Not Taken Act III included former EXILE member Kiyokiba Shunsuke and Brown Eyed Soul’s Young Jun.

Kiyokiba Shunsuke joined Shin Hye Sung in singing his first single in Japan, I Believe, which was released on October 5, to cheers from fans.

Kiyokiba Shunsuke wrote the lyrics for the duet, making the single a big issue even before its release and continued to help Shin Hye Sung out by joining the latter for several promotional activities and interviews.

An official from Shin Hye Sung’s agency told enews, “The fans were passionate in Japan. We are thankful for the support of the Japanese fans.”

In the meantime, Shin Hye Sung will be holding a concert in Hong Kong in November. He will also be concentrating on promoting in Korea after releasing an album at the end of the year.
