Son Dambi is a Korea’s female singer who was born in September 25th, 1983 in Seoul. She was debuted in 2007 with song ‘Cry Eye’. She was in the middle of issue because she tried very hard genre of dance, Krumping that gave her a nickname ‘Female Rain’. But she couldn’t appeal to the audiences. Later, she came back with her 1st EP Mini Album "Vol. 1" with title song ‘Bad Boy’, but it also wasn’t very successful. A year after her debut, she released her second mini album "Vol. 2". The title song ‘Crazy’ made her popular because of the ‘chair dance’. In 2009, she released her first regular album "Type-B" and she acted with her title song ‘Saturday Night’ which took the first place in public TV. Dambi got a lot of awards at the end of 2009. She became an actress and took a main role in SBS drama ‘Dream’, but it had very poor ratings. She as a top star, took a lot of CFs and tried other parts of the entertainment. July 2nd, 2010, She opened to the public her song ‘Can’t u see’ and July 8th, 2010, she released her third album "The Queen" and title song ‘Queen’ was in the middle of controversy of removal MR, Music Video’s plagiarism. After all this hard issues, she released digital single album ‘dB Rider’.
Girl group ‘KARA’ (Park Kyuri, Han SeungYeon, Nicole Jung, Gu Hara and Kang JiYoung). Kara started as a group of four and debuted in 2007. In 2008, Kara vocalist Kim Sung-hee departed the group due to parental pressure. Following that, DSP Ent was looking for new member to strengthen the group for the part of dance and vocal in web(http://dspenter.com) audition. Two new members, Goo Hara and Kang JiYoung, were added to the group to make it the five-member group it is now.
