SS501 is a popular Korean boy band formed under the management of DSP Entertainment. Shin Seung Hoon is a South Korean ballad singer whose popularity peaked in the 1990s. He is remembered as one of the most important figures in South Korean pop music scene along with KimGunMo, SeoTaiji and H.O.T . His debut album " Reflection of You in the smile " was a mega hit album and swept over every music charts and award in 1990, and sold more than 1.2 million copies. And after that huge success, he continuously released many of hit albums and as a result he became one of the best male ballad singer in Korea.
TVXQ! as the Asia’s Star whom has the largest Fan club (800,000) TVXQ! has a beautiful appearances and songs; the graceful harmony appreciates the members’ talents. The first year of their debut, they had to stop their activities because they had the traffic accident unluckily. TVXQ! sounds like they came out from the martial arts novel. The members’ names are as unique as the group name. Hero Jaejoong (Jaejong Kim), Yoonho U-know (Yoonho Jung), Youchun Micky (Youchun Park) were born in 1986, Junsu Xia (Junsu Kim) was born in 1987, and the youngest Changmin Max (Changmin Choi) was born in 1988. They use the stage names to show their individuality; five of them were selected from the SM entertainment that already made H.O.T. Hero and U-know is selected from the SM best Youth, Max is also selected from the 6th SM best youth. The lead vocal Xia was selected from one of the SBS’s show programs with mimics of Kannta from H.O.T. Micky who was a student studying abroad awarded the best American pop festival in 2001 and became a member of TVXQ. Unlike the other groups, all five of them have excellent abilities and do chorus parts too which shows that they are vocalists. Through the show program, TVXQ! shows their talents in a cappella with their harmonies against people whom have prejudices. Also they went before than the other singers in the music industry that they made a single album before their regular album. The first single [Hug] in January 2004 and [The Way U Are] both hit, and it makes them very famous. TVXQ! droving without any stops, but they had the car accidents while they were on the way back to Seoul; made them to stop their activities.. They got really famous after their debut; they acted a lot in Korea and the other Asian countries with single albums: HUG (Japan), Christmas Gift From TVXQ!, Stay With Me Tonight, Hi Ya Ya Summer days, Somebody To Love, etc. Popular musicians such as Young-jin You, Kenzie, Sung-je Hwang, Jamie Jones the member of All-4-one participated in TVXQ!’s 2nd album [Rising Sun]. After their 2nd album, they presented their first ballad single [My Destiny] in November 2nd, 2006, and they caught public’s interest finally in Japan, they put on sales of their album [明日はるから(Because tomorrow is coming)] in Korean and Japan. Returning home in their glories, their 3rd regular album “O”-正. 反. 合 had the best musicians such as Young jin You, Kenzie, Sang Yoon, Sung je Hwang, Great Dane Productions, etc which made this album with a high quality. Especially the 3rd album “O”-正. 反. 合 was going to put on sale started from Korea in 29th of September and Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and China which means that TVXQ! suppressed Asia. Hero, Micky, and Xia brought an action against to SM entertainment about stopping their contracts and Hero, Micky, and Xia made their own group “JYJ” in June 2010. On the other hand, U-know and Max still uses the group name TVXQ! and continued their activities from the January 5th, 2011.
Starting as an actor, widening area to Greater China Park Yong-ha was successful as a singer for the first time. He was introduced as a singer not an actor cause of Drama ‘Guardian angel’ broadcast in the Greater China. In 2002, Park Yong-ha co-starred in ‘Winter Sonata’ with Bae Yong-jun and Choi Ji-woo which brought him fame in Japan and Asia. Park released his 1st Single album in Taiwan on Dec 2003. After released 1st album, Park held successful promotion stage with Taiwanese singer F4 and Kang Migi. His Album ranked on ‘G-music Billboard’ Chart #8. Park released debut album in Korea on Jan 2003. The title was ‘sad message’ MV with Eugene of SES. Park was the "mysterious" voice behind Just For Yesterday, the hit theme song of SBS drama All In, which starred Lee Byung Hun and Song Hye Kyo.Park was found dead at 5:30 am June 30, 2010 at his home in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, hanging from a camcorder charger cable after committing suicide.
